- The Santuario's hours shift seasonally and are best confirmed by phone before visiting.
- Orto de' Pecci (the park with donkeys and geese) is sometimes associated with this quarter but is actually closer to Porta Giustizia behind Piazza del Campo — see the Piazza del Campo neighborhood instead.
